Our preloved, vintage products and antique collectibles are intended for decoration purposes only. Vintage pieces may not meet current standards and are not intended to be used in their original capacity. They are sold for adult use only.
Our handmade products are suitable for adult use only. They may contain finishings such as ropes.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order up until the point of dispatch.
Our shipping quotation is an estimate based on delivery method and destination. In some instances shipping charges may be higher than the amount charged when you checkout online and we may contact you to advise any extra payment due. If this occurs you will be given the option for a full refund of the purchase if you decide not to proceed with the extra shipping cost.
Please carefully inspect products on arrival and contact us within 7 days if there are any issues with your item. We may require photographs of damaged goods/packaging or return shipment of the product for refund/exchange.
We do not provide refund or exchange for change of mind. Vintage items may show signs of use consistent with age. Please refer to product photographs as they form an important part of the product description.
Liability is limited to the original value of the contract of sale. We are not responsible for product misuse or loss, injury or damage caused to any party due to use in a manner contrary to the conditions outlined in these Terms of Sale.
For international customers, depending on the destination some custom duties and taxes may apply, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
